All of sudden, I am not allowed to access my turningtechnologies instructor account. I can not download class rosters in order to use response devices. I was also unable to contact customer service, as they are closed in the weekend.
Has anybody experienced the similar problem? Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks.

After 6 unsuccessful attmepts accoutns lock. What is the email address you use to login? I can have the webteam reset the account.
Also in the future I would reccomend posting a quesiton like this in the forums, we have support staff that regularly checks the forums.
